Refund policy

Because of the nature of our products (hand-made to order), we do not accept automatic returns. All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your item qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact us at support@tuffodds.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if applicable.

Approval of returns is not guaranteed and is granted at our sole discretion.

Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive the item. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty.
